Right, so my exams are finally finished. Don't you just hate exams? I had to sit 5 in 8 days, when the administrators have over a month to space them out. Means I got far less time to study than some people studying different subjects. Also means I get a 4 month holiday till next semester, assuming I pass all of my exams. But here's a question...
Are 'conventional' exams really worth it? I mean, we're always going to be able to look things up in books or on the internet in a real-world environment, so shouldn't exams be more geared towards testing our problem solving and reasoning skills than simply asking us to memorize a load of information we may never need again?
Just my two pence...
